This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be applicable.

  1. Service Nature

Our transportation and logistics services are primarily provided under:

  • Service Agreements
  • Purchase Orders
  • Freight Contracts
  • Individual Booking Confirmations

Refunds shall be governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

  1. Advance Payments

Where advance freight or booking charges have been collected:

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Shipment has not been scheduled
  • Vehicle has not been dispatched
  • No operational costs have been incurred
  1. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Vehicle detention charges
  • Loading/unloading expenses
  • Toll charges
  • Route diversion expenses
  • Driver waiting charges
  • Taxes and statutory levies
  • Operational expenses already incurred
  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If a customer cancels transportation before vehicle dispatch, refund eligibility will be evaluated after deducting:

  • Administrative charges
  • Booking expenses
  • Vehicle arrangement costs (if applicable)
  1. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the vehicle has been dispatched, freight charges become payable as per agreed commercial terms.

Refunds are generally not applicable after dispatch unless specifically approved by Shivani Carriers.

  1. Failed Services

Where services cannot be delivered solely due to reasons attributable to Shivani Carriers, refund or adjustment may be considered after investigation.

  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within:

7–15 business days

through the original payment method or mutually agreed banking channel.

  1. Force Majeure

Refunds shall not be applicable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Road closures
  • Civil disturbances
  • War
  • Pandemic
  • Vehicle movement restrictions
